She told me that she knew what to do and I just took photo's, I could tell she was nervous enough without me getting in the middle of everything.

by her time she was the fastest girl swimmer- man the things she learned from just watching me do triathlons- she is running and pulling off her cap and goggles-nuts!

this made me laugh cause at this age I see no competition just fun!

Trial Run for First Triathlon

OK so we don't have a swimming pool at the house and had to use the dogs pool but hey the girls made it work. out of the pool to T1


In T1

Our drive way is .85mile down and back- good enough for a trial run.

Man she looks just like me! off for the HOT run!

Tyeann and her BBF Julian loved doing this trial run fours days before their first triathlon.

TriWaco 2010

One year ago I did TriWaco as my first Triathlon and got HOOKED! Looks like I did alright, still smiling!
out of the swim heading to T1- love the husband who knows where to stand to take photo's

hum, guess I need to slow down next time for a better picture- but I was heading into T2 so I had to pay attention.

Going to have to work on the finish line photo's with the husband. I really like to sprint through the finish line!

Every year the Country Club on the lake puts on a great Fireworks show and we take our boat out have some lake fun than watch the show while floating! Gotta love it! Jon Cole needing to warm up! Watching the fireworks!

End of School 2010

I tell you Tyeann can find mud anywhere!!
My Third grader! this was her last year in a big school. 4th grade she will be attending a new school district which is very small. I hope this smile will never end!

Another Triathlon and I'm still having Fun! I told Jesse that I would try to have more fun and look at him while he is taking my photo!
I kicked some **** on this bike route! a little hilly but I love those!

Ha my swim, next time I will look over the swimming route!
